The Total Support System pricing is dependant on the number of computers, servers and sites in your organisation. National Tech Support will be happy to provide a quotation for you.
The Total Support System is a monthly fee that requires payment in advance. Initial installation, configuration and software licenses for the management system are not included in the monthly price. These establishment costs will also be outlined as part of the quotation.
The quotation covers the support of ALL your servers, computers, printers, peripheral devices, network infrastructure devices and mobile devices.
There are certain prerequisites and conditions that your network must meet in order to access Total Support. We will be happy to assist you in identifying and meeting these conditions. Extra fees will apply to do so.
